Golf is a very challenging game that requires considerable practice and even more patience in order to improve. Whether you are a beginner, warming up for your next match or just working on your game. The Weathervane Golf Academy is where you can take your game to the next level! Driving the ball, iron play, chipping and putting sometimes require another “set of eyes” to assist you from making the same mistakes over and over. If golfers at the highest level have dedicated instructors to assist them with their game then I guess we all could use some good advice from time to time.
Head Golf Professional Bill Murphy is available for individual and group instruction, customized to fit your game.
Bill is proud to offer private and small group instruction to our members and also to the general public. Members are extended discounted lesson rates. Please contact the Pro Shop to schedule an appointment with one of our teaching pros
- 1/2 hour lesson – $50
- 1 hour lesson – $100
Club Fitting is also available, we use fitting systems from Callaway and Titleist. Be sure your next set of clubs are right for you.

Saturday Putting & Short Game Clinics
This year the Weathervane Golf Staff will be offering 1 day clinics for both putting & short game around the greens. Putting will be the first Saturday of every month starting in May and short game will be the last Saturday of every month.

Customers must sign up in the pro shop by noon on the Friday before. Space will be limited to 6 customers. Clinic’s are for ages 12 and up and for all skill sets.

Clinics will be from 10am – 11am
Cost for each session is $20 per customer
